	There are many types of construction coatings that protect, waterproof and enhance the aesthetics of a structure. Traffic Coatings: Traffic coatings are used to protect concrete decks in parking garages, warehouses and high traffic areas from chemicals, water and everyday wear and tear. Water Repellents: Water repellents are usually silicone or silane based products that are spray or roller applied to give water repellency to conrete and masonry. Since elastomeric wall coatings stretch with thermal expansion and contraction, they are the product of choice to coat walls that are cracked.
